StringLite can assist you in a variety of different ways and formats to help you brand your outgoing communication:

• Branded email stationery.
• A company letterhead in Word format.
• Pre-formatted email messages, such as your company profile, specific product or service information, follow up information after a first meeting, birthday wishes/seasons greetings, feedback request, etc.
• Newsletters in Word or HTML format - we can also provide templates so that you can edit the content yourself.
• HTML save-the-date emails, invitations, reminders and aide memoirs.

For your newsletters we can either upload them to your online bulk mail service or manage the entire process for you, from creation to emailing and reporting.

StringLite developed two products to help with the creation of HTML newsletters and the management of invitations:

• The HTML Builder - allows anyone to easily create branded HTML newsletters without any coding or design skills.
• Reserve My Seat - an RSVP system which tracks accepted or declined invitations and no-responses for any event as well as collecting event specific information if needed (amount of guests, dietary requirements, t-shirt sizes, etc.)

Brand your emails using email stationery for Microsoft Outlook. Email stationery templates can be used with the stationeryEditor and the stationeryAdWhiz.

We can create Microsoft Word templates for your internal newsletters which can be saved as PDFs. We have even created certificate and voucher templates which can be customised in Word then printed out.
