stationeryEditor
The stationeryEditor allows you to create and edit email stationery templates which can be used with Microsoft Outlook. Not only can you change the contact details, add extra copy where needed but you can also add or change images.
The stationeryEditor is ideal for companies with 10 or more people using Microsoft Outlook on Windows.
stationeryAdWhiz
The stationeryAdWhiz allows you to create "adverts" which are inserted into your email stationery daily or on specific days. "Adverts" can consist of just text or an image or both. You can change specific text in the email stationery template or just the banner which would contain different advertising messages.
The stationeryAdWhiz requires an email stationery template which is used with Microsoft Outlook on Windows.
inviteCreator
The inviteCreator allows you or anyone in your company to create HTML invitations which can be sent out with Microsoft Outlook or by using a bulk mail program (Group Mailer) or with an online service (TouchBase Pro, MyList Manager, etc). No need to learn HTML or design and layout as it uses customised pre-designed themes which allows you to create generic, sport, music, wine, black-tie, year-end, family day, save-the-date or aide memoir invitations.
The inviteCreator can also be used with our RSVP system called Reserve My Seat.
The HTML Builder
This program allows you to create HTML newsletters quickly and easily without having to learn HTML. The HTML Builder uses a customised pre-designed company theme and table templates. This allows anyone in your company to create formatted branded newsletters in minutes which always look professional and, at the same time, ensures brand consistency.
These newsletters can then be sent out directly using Microsoft Outlook or they can be uploaded and sent using a bulk mail program (Group Mailer) or an online service (TouchBase Pro, MyList Manager, etc).
The HTML Builder runs on any Windows system.
RSVP System - Reserve My Seat
Reserve My Seat is an online RSVP system which tracks invitation replies. You can log on to the system and tracks accepted/declined invitations, as well as no-responses. Invitations can be open (the invitation can be sent and forwarded to anyone and the RSVP database will grow beyond the initial guest database) or sent to specific guests on a database. Invitations can be as simple as "yes/no" or specific information can be requested for example venue choice, amount of quests, t-shirt sizes, dietary requirements, special needs, etc.
The RSVP system is completely scalable (per guest cost) which allows you to use it for a small golf day or a huge event.
StringLite can manage the entire process for you, from the design of the save-the-date, invitation and aide memoir to send out and reporting, or just the RSVP system.
