- Enter the company's client code.
- Complete or update your personal details.
- Select the required company signature.
- Click to create the signature.
- Choose whether to make it the default Outlook signature.
The completed signature is generated from the approved company template, helping every user maintain the same professional appearance.

DigiSig AdWiz starts automatically with Windows and refreshes the promotional image used in the employee's email signature.
Multiple adverts can be placed in rotation, allowing different campaigns or messages to appear over time without employees manually editing their signatures.
We can assist with designing the adverts, preparing them to the correct specifications and updating the campaign artwork when required.

The combined DigiSig Manager and DigiSig AdWiz package is R1,725, including VAT.
This provides the tools required to create approved user signatures and rotate promotional artwork within them.
Signature Design & Conversion
Already have an established company signature?
We can convert an existing signature into a DigiSig-compatible template for approximately R575, including VAT, depending on its complexity.
If you need a new email signature designed, the cost will depend on your brand requirements, content and layout.
Advert design is also quoted according to the brief, complexity and number of adverts required. All design costs are confirmed before work begins.
